After a cold few days this morning was a perfect winter morning without a cloud in the sky and feeling pleasantly warm.
We had another great turnout with 17 volunteers which included two new people who intend to become members.
Today was the second part of our helping in Broxtowe's Clean and Green Campaign. Most of us concentrated on the roads just to the south of our reserves as far as the A52. Four of the group worked on collecting rubbish from the two reserves.
We collected 14 bags of rubbish plus some concrete.
The Friends are always looking for extra pairs of hands to help out or to simply support their work, so...
